Expway continues its steady growth in US
LTE Broadcast Specialist Establishes Subsidiary in the US.
Sunnyvale, California – December 17th , 2014 – Expway, announced today it has established a new office in the US. The newly established entity, Expway Corp., serves as the central base for the company’s operations throughout the country. It is also the main hub for the company’s worldwide sales and marketing efforts.
Sunnyvale, in the middle of Silicon Valley, was a natural choice for us: It is a perfect location to support our existing North American customers, such as Verizon and their LTE Broadcast trials during the Super Bowl and Indy 500, and to carry out IODTs with Ericsson and Alcatel-Lucent, their Radio Access Network vendors.
Also being at the Silicon Valley allows us to be close to the new-tech development wave and launch our new line of products that will leverage eMBMS in an unprecedented way.
The team of “doers” at Expway Corp. are the following:
Claude Seyrat, CEO of Expway Corp. and co-founder of Expway HQ, has been instrumental in shaping the Mobile TV and Mobile Broadcast industries and holds a number of patents on mobile broadcast optimization techniques.
Loren Lasley, VP Worldwide Sales, brings in 20 years of experience in managing global sales teams and dealing with device makers all around the world.
Ulla Saari, VP Business Development Strategic Accounts, has a background in carrier, broadcaster, software and eCommerce businesses, all having a role with LTE Broadcast. She is committed to help Expway’s customers generate more revenue with LTE Broadcast.
Ryan Gao, a seasoned manager in the broadcast and telecom industry, will head the US Customer Support. Ryan’s versatility a software engineer, project manager, solution architect and technology researcher helps Expway deliver a truly tailored product to its customers.
We look forward to talking with meeting you and talking for example about LTE Broadcast — at CTIA, IBC, CES, and NAB.
